The circle is 12 units in diameter, so let's use a window that is 3(6.2) = 18.6 units tall. We want the window to be centered at the center of the circle, so set Ymin = 4-9.3 and Ymax = 4+9.3 (half of 18.6 is 9.3). To keep a "square" window, use the same multiple in the x-direction. The width will be 3(9.4) = 28.2 units. Set Xmin = -3-14.1 and Xmax = -3+14.1 (half of 28.2 is 14.1).
