For the WINDOW settings, we use the given domain and choose a range that will cover the minimum and maximum values of both functions. For Y1 = 1 - sinx, the graph has an amplitude of 1 but is shifted upwards one unit. It will vary from 0 to 2. For Y2 = sqrt(3)*cosx, the amplitude is sqrt(3) (so about -1.7 to 1.7). We will use -3 to 3 to allow for some extra room.
