Applying the Rational Zeros Theorem to this function, the list of possible rational zeros is
                                          +-{1/9, 2/9, 1/3, 4/9, 2/3, 8/9, 1, 4/3, 2, 8/3, 3, 4, 6, 8,12, 24}.
We will now use the graph to identify which of these values are likely to be zeros.
