Because a logarithmic function is the inverse of an exponential function, one way to graph a logarithmic function is to first graph its inverse (the exponential function), then use the DrawInv command.

Let's graph the logarithmic function f(x) = LOGbase2(x) using this method. The exponential function y = 2^x is its inverse. Enter the exponential function as Y1. Then adjust the WINDOW as shown and use Zoom ZSquare to graph the exponential function (this will ensure the y = x reflection appears normal in the next step).
