White keys represent the primary function of a key on the face
of the TI-83 or TI-84. |

A yellow key represents a function that is printed in yellow above a primary
key (or blue for the TI-84), and must
be accessed by pressing the 2nd key first. |

A green key represents a function that is printed in green above a primary key, and must
be accessed by pressing ALPHA first. |
|
A black key graphic, consisting of a numeral or a letter with
a colon, represents a menu or submenu choice. Menu choices appear
on the screen, and are not found on the face of the TI-83 or TI-84.
When you see this icon, select the indicated choice by pressing
the gray number key matching the number shown on the icon. |
